Before you choose
- A compatible spreadsheet application is required; no hosted dashboard or user accounts are included.
- Automated XLSX checks have passed; Excel desktop appearance has not been independently verified. Google Sheets conversion may remove protections or alter input rules and print settings; verify the converted copy before using it.
- This is a fixed-capacity workbook, not a booking, email, payment or guest messaging service.
- There is one prerequisite per task, and it must appear above that task.
- Keep task rows in their prepared order. The workbook does not support sorting the dependency workflow.
- Amounts share one chosen currency; the workbook does not convert exchange rates.
- Guest contact details and personal needs should be shared only with helpers who need them.
Personal-event use by the purchaser and their event helpers. No resale, redistribution or client-service use.
A few practical questions
Will anything be posted to me?
No. The collection consists of digital files. You arrange any printing and paper materials yourself.
Do I have to buy this to use the free guides?
No. The hosting guides, calculators, games and existing free printables remain available. This collection adds the files listed above.
Does the workbook automatically sync between co-hosts?
No. The download is an XLSX file. Use your own spreadsheet service and permissions if you want to collaborate online; Fête & Fig does not host the event records or manage guest accounts.
Can I edit the formulas?
Blue cells are editable inputs. Formula cells are protected against accidental changes. If you choose to adapt the formulas, first make a backup and follow the included unprotection instructions; check the results after any change.
Can I use the collection for paying clients?
The included license covers personal gatherings and their helpers. It does not include resale, redistribution or professional client-service use.
Where will I find my files after purchasing?
After Stripe confirms payment, return to the Fête & Fig order page and choose Download your collection. If payment is still processing, wait and check again there before placing another order. Keep the order link private and save the downloaded folder with its contents together.
