From download
to your own details.
Use the instructions in your collection alongside this guide. Each product page lists exactly which files and editing options are included.
First, extract the folder.
On Windows, right-click the ZIP and choose Extract All. On macOS, double-click the ZIP. Open files from the extracted folder, rather than from inside the compressed archive. Keep its fonts, editor and other assets together.
Use the collection's quick-start guide to find the editor or blank workbook. The example details are fictional and should be replaced before you share or print.
Editing the paper sets
Open the included editor HTML file in a current desktop browser. Select a paper piece and a matching style, then replace the text in the labeled fields. The decorative artwork and layouts are fixed.
Save your work with the editor's project export. Keep that JSON file private if it contains an address or other personal details. Reopen it through the editor's project import. Closing a browser tab is not a substitute for saving the project.
Shorten wording if the editor reports that it will not fit. Check long names, line breaks, date details and ingredient descriptions in the preview before printing.
A different name on each card
Choose the place card and use the guest list for different names, rather than increasing the copy count of a single card. Enter one name per line, up to 100 names. The editor places the cards together on as many sheets as needed. Check the list and page count before printing.
Use the food list for up to 60 different dish labels. Include each dish's relevant ingredients, and review every label. One list entry makes one card; repeat a name or dish intentionally if you need a duplicate. Identical copies use the current card's wording instead.
Your lists are included in the exported project. Keep that file private and export it again after changes.
Print one sheet before the full set.
- Choose A4 or US Letter in the editor and the same size in the print dialog.
- Use 100% or Actual size. Turn off browser headers and footers. Follow the included guidance for margins and background graphics.
- Check the one-inch test line with a ruler. If it is not one inch, correct the print settings before cutting.
- Print on stock your printer supports. Leave time for ink to dry, then trim on the cut guides.
The full welcome sign is 8 × 10 inches on US Letter. The A4 home-printer version is 7.5 × 9.5 inches. Printing colors and available margins depend on your printer and paper.
You can use your browser's Save as PDF option and print the saved PDF later at its original size. The paper editors are not editable PDF forms.
Starting the co-host workbook
Use the reusable master XLSX for your own event, and keep the separate fictional example for reference. Begin with the event information on Overview. Enter a date without a time component and a spreadsheet time, such as 2:00 PM; entering 14 as a number is not the same as entering 14:00.
Adapt the 24 starter tasks, remove tasks you do not need and assign your own owners. Leave task rows in order: a task can have one prerequisite, and that task must appear above it. Add your costs, individual guests, vendor contacts and day-of activities in the prepared rows.
Use one chosen currency throughout. Budget unit costs should include the tax or delivery amounts you intend to allocate to that line. Record cumulative payments on the relevant cost line; do not add the same payment again elsewhere. Blank means unknown; enter zero for a known zero.
Review the input and record warnings on Overview and in each working tab before relying on the summary. Complete missing IDs and invalid replies. Update the as-of date when reviewing task deadlines.
Blue cells accept your entries. Formula cells are protected against accidental changes. If you choose to adapt them, make a backup and follow the included instructions before removing protection. Check all affected calculations after a change; protection does not control who can read private records.
If you import the file into another spreadsheet service, check dropdowns, formulas, protection, formatting and print layout before using it. Online sharing is provided by your chosen service; only share private guest records with helpers who need them.
Use and delivery
The files are licensed for your personal gatherings and help from your co-hosts. Do not resell, redistribute the collection, or use it for paid client services.
Add available collections to your cart, then review your items and subtotal before opening secure checkout. Each digital collection is included once per order. Check the product page and checkout for the full purchase details before you pay. Existing free guides and downloads remain available.
Stripe handles secure payment. Return to your Fête & Fig order page after payment to download each purchased collection. A payment that is still processing does not release the files yet: wait and use Check payment again before placing another order. Keep your order link private because it grants access to the paid download. Save the ZIP on your device, then extract its folder.
Your private download link is available for 30 days after confirmed payment. Download and save the files within that period; your personal-event license continues after the link expires.
