Using our guides
Fête & Fig provides general inspiration and planning examples. Adapt the plans to your venue, guests, weather and budget. Suggested quantities are estimates; content is not a substitute for a supplier's instructions, professional catering guidance or local venue requirements.
Personal use of printables
You may print, complete and adapt our original checklists, menu cards and game sheets for your own noncommercial gatherings. You may not resell the files, remove the publication credit when redistributing them, or republish the collection as your own product.
Digital collections
The digital collection consists of downloadable files for personal gatherings. Each product page lists the formats, software requirements, paper sizes, capacities and editing limitations. Your event helpers may use the files with you for your gathering. The license does not permit resale, redistribution or use in paid client services.
Only collections displaying Add to cart or a purchase button are available to buy. Review the product information and the payment provider's purchase terms before completing an order. Free guides, calculators and existing printables remain free.
For Stripe purchases, your private download link is available for 30 days after confirmed payment. Download and save the files within that period. The personal-event license continues after download access expires.
No physical products, printing services or envelopes are included. Keep backups of your edited project files. Printed colors and margins depend on your equipment and materials; print and measure a test sheet before a full run.
Linking and sharing
You are welcome to share links to our articles and product previews. Full article text, imagery and premium customer files may not be copied into another publication or collection without permission. Refer to our editorial policy for information about concept imagery and original resources.
Website availability
Content and features may change as the publication develops. Keep a printed or saved copy of any checklist you need for an upcoming event. The digital file guide explains how to edit and save the downloadable collections.
