Your Thanksgiving table,
with a name at each place.

Harvest Lines pairs a fine rust border with a small sage sprig and “Thankful to gather.” Use the free editor for guest names or dish labels, or write names by hand on the blank cards.

Print a blank sheet right away.

Choose the US Letter PDF or A4 PDF. Each has eight blank flat cards measuring 3.5 × 2 inches. Print portrait at 100% or Actual size, measure the one-inch test line, then trim just outside the border. The cards lie flat; they have no fold.

Add a different name to every card.

  1. Open the editor, or download and extract the ZIP, then open its HTML file in a current desktop browser.
  2. Choose A4 or US Letter in portrait. Enter one name per line, up to 64. Repeat a name only when you want a second card. The starter names are fictional.
  3. Review the live preview and shorten any entry with a fit warning. Each sheet has eight cards; a partly filled last sheet also prints its remaining blank cards.
  4. Use Save project JSON before closing the tab. Open that project later with the file control. There is no autosave or shared online guest list.
  5. Choose Print cards or save PDF. In your browser's print dialog use the selected paper size, portrait, 100% scale, no margins, and turn browser headers and footers off. Measure the test line on one printed sheet before running the rest.

The layout and artwork stay fixed. The names, food text and paper choice are editable. A long name may need to be shortened even when it is within the character limit; the editor checks the actual preview rather than hiding the overflow.

Use the same design for the food table.

Choose Food labels and enter one dish per line. Separate its name and short ingredient note with a vertical bar, for example: Roasted carrots | Ingredients: carrots, olive oil, salt. Replace the fictional dishes with your actual information.

The note must fit two readable lines. Keep any complete supplier or recipe information available separately. A decorative label does not verify ingredients, dietary suitability or cross-contact; discuss an agreed food alternative directly with the relevant guest. See the buffet layout guide for a clear serving route.

Keep the details with your own plan.

The editor needs no remote fonts, account or form submission. Download and extract the ZIP to use its HTML editor and blank PDFs locally. Names and notes remain in the current tab until you export a project; keep that JSON file private if it includes personal names. Clearing the editor's lists does not delete a project you already downloaded.

Use stock supported by your printer and check its margins. The browser uses system fonts, so text appearance can vary; review the cards on the device that will print them. No physical printer has been tested for this free sample.

A free variation for this gathering.

Harvest Lines is an original seasonal sample. It includes the editor, two blank PDFs, a quick-start note and a personal-event license. It is a useful free variation alongside the Dinner Party Paper Set, which is a separate collection with menus, place cards and ingredient cards in three coordinated styles.

These are downloadable files for home printing. The editor is HTML; the PDFs are blank print sheets. It is not a Canva template or an editable PDF. For the meal itself, use the Friendsgiving potluck plan and the fall table guide.
