Your Friendsgiving potluck planner
Give each contribution a name, an arrival time and a place to go. Confirm recipe yields, food handling and equipment with each cook before the day.
Entries save in this browser on this device. This is not a shared sign-up sheet, and it does not sync with your guests or other devices. Download a CSV or print a copy to share. On a small screen, scroll each table sideways.
The example is a starting point for discussion. The worksheet does not calculate cooking times, check food temperatures or guarantee that a menu fits your kitchen.
Illustrative plan for 12 adults, including hosts: 10 turkey eaters and 2 vegetarian eaters. T0 means a planned 5 p.m. dinner. Confirm every recipe yield and equipment arrangement. Oven windows are reservations, not cooking instructions or readiness guarantees.

Oven reservations
Use the actual recipe requirements. Include preheating, loading, checking and any contingency time. A reservation does not establish that a dish is safely cooked or reheated. Record stovetop, fridge and warmer needs in the dish table.
