Gathering length

Guest time zones, one per lineOptional: up to six IANA names. Duplicate zones are combined; guest names are not needed.

If the start time occurs twiceMost times occur once. A repeated clock time needs an explicit choice; a skipped time is rejected.

Verify before sending

Check the parent's and guests' actual locations, the event date and every local date shown. Rules can change; this browser uses its installed time-zone data.
Open the room 15 minutes early for the hosts. Test audio, captions, guest admission and the disconnection handoff in the actual chosen platform.
Add your tested meeting link and access instructions separately. Check dial-in availability and any costs; offer an asynchronous message option.
Choose an activity that works with spoken prompts and optional chat. Replace the optional gift segment with a memory round if preferred.
Edited inputs immediately clear old results. Rebuild before copying, downloading or printing.

The example is fictional and date-specific: 2026-11-07 at 14:00 in America/New_York. Loading it replaces this tab's entries only after confirmation when you already have work. Clearing the tab does not erase downloaded or printed copies.
