Scroll the preview on a small screen. Names stay at least 28 pt, date text at least 14 pt and arrival text at least 16 pt. Shorten wording if it does not fit.
Check the route, then the paper
- Confirm the honoree's preferred wording. Choose one short, accurate arrival instruction. Leave date or note blank when it adds no useful information.
- Save a private project JSON before closing. There is no autosave. Open that project later through the file control and recheck text fit on the device used to print.
- Choose Print sign or save PDF. Select the same paper, portrait, 100% scale, no margins and no browser headers or footers. Measure the one-inch line before using the final sheet.
- Check the actual holder, visible opening and any frame overlap. The whole page is A4 or Letter; this is not an 8 × 10-inch insert. Do not trim it to a different frame and assume the text still fits.
- Set it on a dry, stable indoor surface where guests see it before choosing a direction. Walk the real arrival path and check that it is readable without blocking a door or walkway.
System fonts, paper feed, ink and printer margins vary. A readable preview does not establish a viewing distance or outdoor durability. No physical printer, frame or arrival route has been tested.
