The preview shows your actual paper design. Check the wording here, then use the prepared print sheets for the correct physical size.

Before you print

Check every name, date, address and food note. Replace example wording unless you intend to keep it.
Choose the same paper size in the editor and print dialog.
Select 100% / Actual size. Turn off browser headers and footers. Enable Background graphics.
Print one test sheet and measure its one-inch line. Do not use Fit to page.
Cut just inside the dashed outline. Cards are flat and single-sided.

Guest and food cards share packed sheets. Twelve place cards use two sheets, with up to eight cards per US Letter sheet or ten per A4 sheet.

Fonts cover Latin and Latin Extended wording. Other scripts or emoji may use a fallback font. Shorten overlong wording to keep the type readable.

Collection details, ingredients and saving your work

3 editable formats in 1 theme. Wording, selected style, lists and print settings are editable. Artwork, typefaces, colors and card sizes are fixed, apart from the stated sign alternative.

Ingredient cards do not certify allergen absence. Check actual ingredients and packaging, and communicate uncertainty or cross-contact directly.

Export a project JSON to retain both lists and wording. Version 1 projects made for this product are upgraded on import. Invalid files do not replace your current work. A partially completed list can be saved, but blank names block printing.

Personal events only. Private working copies may be shared with helpers for that same event under PERSONAL-USE-LICENSE.txt.
