A little care, in every detail

Three-piece Paper Sample

Three useful pieces for a shared table, ready for your own words. Here is how to personalize the designs, keep your work, and print with care.

Open your editor

Extract the whole ZIP first. Open the editor in an up-to-date desktop Chrome, Edge or Firefox browser.

Make it yours.

  1. Choose your paper.

Select a theme and paper piece. The preview shows the actual design. The supplied names, dates, addresses and menus are fictional examples, ready for your own details.

  2. Add the words that matter.

Edit the current piece, or choose different guest names or food labels. Check every detail in the preview. If a fit warning appears, shorten the wording so the type stays readable.

  3. Keep your work.

Select Export project before closing or reloading. Keep the downloaded project somewhere private. Use Import project to continue later. Nothing is saved automatically.

  4. Review, then print.

Choose your paper size and check the prepared card and sheet count. Select Review / print PDF, review the details, then continue to your browser's print dialog. Save a PDF or print a test sheet.

A place for every guest

Choose Different guest names / place cards. Paste one name per line or add guests individually. Each row makes one place card, and each guest can have a different note.

Up to 100 guest rows are supported. Twelve place cards use two packed sheets. Repeat a name only when you intend to print a duplicate.

Thoughtful food labels

Choose Different foods / ingredient cards. Add the food name and ingredient note for each row, up to 60 foods.

Check actual ingredients and packaging. These labels do not certify allergen absence. A blank note must not imply that a food is free from allergens; discuss uncertainty or cross-contact directly.

Copies and complete collections

Use identical copies to repeat the current piece 1 to 24 times. A collection option prints one of each selected design using the current wording. It does not repeat your guest or food lists.

Place and ingredient cards share sheets, with up to eight cards per US Letter sheet or ten per A4 sheet. The prepared sheet count is shown in the editor.

Your details stay with you

The editor sends nothing to a server and uses no account, analytics or automatic storage. Project files can contain names, addresses and food notes, so keep them private.

Import accepts matching projects for this collection. Invalid files preserve the work already open. Earlier version 1 projects are upgraded on import; wording and print settings are retained, with empty guest and food lists. Blank list names can be saved while you work but must be completed before printing.

A few useful boundaries

  • Wording, lists, theme and print settings are editable. The artwork, typefaces, colors and card sizes are fixed, apart from the stated sign alternative.
  • The bundled fonts support Latin and Latin Extended names. Other scripts and emoji may rely on a local fallback font. Always review the printed result.
  • Cards do not include bleed, fold lines, hole-punch marks, envelopes or double-sided registration.

What the files include

  • An offline editor with bundled fonts, plus an example project you can import.
  • A4 and US Letter example PDFs, this guide and a plain-text quickstart.
  • Personal-use and separate font licences, with a collection inventory.

Digital files only. Printing, paper and physical delivery are not included. There is no Canva template, fillable PDF, Photoshop or PowerPoint file.

For personal gatherings. You may privately share a working copy with helpers for the same event, as described in the personal-use licence.
