START HERE
1. Extract the whole ZIP. Open editor.html from the extracted folder in an up-to-date desktop Chrome, Edge or Firefox.
2. Select the theme and paper piece. Replace the fictional example wording.
3. Choose identical copies, different guest names, or different food labels. The selected mode determines what prints.
4. Export a project before closing or reloading. No changes are saved automatically.
5. Review the prepared card/sheet count, every name, event date and food note. Resolve fit errors.
6. Select Review / print PDF, check the review acknowledgement and continue. Match paper size, print at 100% / Actual size, turn off browser headers/footers and enable background graphics.
7. Print one test sheet, measure the one-inch line, then cut just inside the dashed outline.

DIFFERENT GUEST CARDS
Choose Different guest names. Paste one name per line and replace the list, or add names individually. One card is prepared per row. Edit each optional note and review any repeated names. Up to 100 guest rows are supported. Twelve place cards require two sheets, not twelve separately edited print runs.

DIFFERENT FOOD LABELS
Choose Different foods, then add a food name and its ingredient note for each row. Up to 60 foods are supported. One card prints per row; deliberate duplicates require repeated rows. Check actual ingredients and packaging. Blank notes do not imply an absence of allergens.

IDENTICAL COPIES
The identical-copies mode repeats your current wording from 1 to 24 times. Collection scopes print one copy of each selected design using your current wording; they do not turn the guest or food lists into repeated cards.

SAVING AND IMPORT
Export saves wording, design, paper settings and both lists as a local JSON file. Import accepts only the matching product, documented fields and bounded plain text. Invalid or oversized files preserve existing work. Empty names can be saved in a work-in-progress list but must be corrected before batch printing. Reopening a version 1 project upgrades it to schema 2 with empty lists and preserves its wording/settings.

PRIVACY AND LIMITS
No account, requests, analytics or automatic storage. Exported projects may contain private names, contact details, addresses and food notes; store and share them carefully. Text, style and print settings can change; artwork, typefaces and colors remain fixed. The fit checker protects horizontal and vertical space and preserves readable type. Shorten overlong text. Latin and Latin Extended names are supported; other scripts and emoji rely on local fallback fonts.

Digital only. No physical product, printing service, Canva template, editable PDF, Photoshop file or PowerPoint file is included.
